To the Editor:
I live across from Firefighters Field and have no problem with the movies. The sound volume is livable. The problem is the music played prior to the movie. Why must it be played at such high volumes? It seems to be common practice at every venue that music must be painfully loud to all except the lucky few who listen to it that way all the time and are virtually deaf!
Although I am not Native American, I have learned to do a respectable rain dance before each show.
Music volume is also often an issue at the running races that start at Firefighters Field. And don’t get me started about the party boats!
